These Terms govern your use of StoryCraft Academy’s learning content, community features, and tools. Please read carefully. Your access depends on accepting and following the rules below.
1) Eligibility & account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Use accurate information and update it when it changes.
- Do not share your password, session links, or private access codes.
- Do not attempt to access other accounts or restricted areas.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately via Support.
2) Acceptable use
Use the platform respectfully. Our community spaces are learning-first, feedback-driven, and moderated.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse.
- No spamming, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated misuse.
- No uploading harmful code, malware, or deceptive links.
3) Content & intellectual property
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials for learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post course content without permission.
- Your submissions remain yours, but you grant us the right to display them for feedback and moderation.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.
- Watermarks and access controls must not be removed or bypassed.
4) Payments, refunds & changes
If a paid plan is used, pricing and plan details are shown at the time of purchase. We may update features and discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice. Refund eligibility depends on the plan and usage.
- Chargebacks used fraudulently may result in account suspension.
- We may offer trials or promotions with separate terms.
- We may update these Terms; continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
5) Privacy & cookies
We use essential storage (like cookies/localStorage) to remember your preferences (such as theme) and maintain necessary session UI state. See the cookie banner for your options.
6) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform is free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 3 months (if any).
